Question by : I want to go on a holiday by myself next summer, I’ll be 17.?
I know that you have to be 18 to enter into a legal contract, and some travel operators are very wary
of letting people under 18 book holidays. I think that this is mainly because of the flights?
I don’t want to fly, I plan to travel by Eurostar and train so would I still need parental consent to book? I will just have turned 17 at the time of travel. I was wondering if you just need adult consent to book or do you need to have an adult travel with you aswell?
This is in the U.K. by the way, travelling to Europe.
Answer by Quagmire OH!
I’m not helping you, sorry. I don’t want a complaint from your mummy and daddy, saying I encouraged you.
